Take the new section and get out your sewing-kit

Find a small rock and at the soft-tissue-base thread sewing-threads thru the soft tissue to secure it to the rock.

Final step is to SUPERGLUE smaller rocks around the base of the sutured coral. You gotta almost PINCH the small rocks into the coral providing a pinched-base

....a 2nd down-n-dirty way is to take the cut coral piece and put it in between two LR piece with a HARD pinch. It will eventually attached if it doesn't become unlodged. Gotta keep an eye on it twice a day
