Frequent Molting - Fire Shrimp

Hey everyone. My fire shrimp has probably molted about 5 times in the 1.5 months that i've had him...is this normal?

I know they obviously molt as they grow...but do they grow this fast?

In my experience they slow down after a certain age or size. These are good signs of a healthy aquarium because it’s not only showing growth but it’s also showing that they’re are necessary elements available in your water because it does require the shrimp to pull elements like iodine to help with the molting process

Thanks! Figured it's a good thing, as I do remember reading in years past that they can only molt when things are doing well.

It's normal. I have three. They all molt about once a week or so.
