Has anyone used FreshMarine.com? They waive their Arrive Alive Guarantee if temperatures are extreme being above 90 or below 40. Maybe they don't use heat/cool packs?

I read the fine print and it says the 5 day alive guarantee holds in extreme temps as long as delivery is held for pickup at UPS or FedEx.

I also went through the checkout process without buying to get an idea for their shipping prices and you wouldn't believe this: $63.50 to ship one small fish, and that's a non-Saturday delivery!!
