Frogspawn and hammer corals are not opening

I have a 75 gallon I do weekly water changes of 15 gallon. .
PH 8-1
ALK -9
Phosphate -0
Cal - 480
Nitrates -0

I dose cal mag alk every week do I need to do anything els ? They open a little but barely?
 
How long have you had them? How long have they acted like this? What type of lighting are they under? Have you changed the lighting recently? Have you noticed a brown jelly on the coral skeletons?
 
I have had them a month or so and I have
LED lighting and now brown or anything
 
These corals require less light than most. Your LEDs may be too bright. Try moving them to less light.
 
I did tonight I moved them to the bottom so guess I will see what they do
