Frogspawn Issues

I'm not sure what is going on with these guys, but all other coral are doing well. The polyps aren't very full and lack the bright green/purple they once had.

About 3 weeks ago (sorry for the blues, but it's the only before pic I have):

120g tank, LPS/softy with lots of snails
1.025 salinity, 8.2 pH, 12 dKH, 440 Ca, 1440 Mg, 0 NO3, 0.5 PO4
