Update:
I’m glad to say that the two frogspawns have surpassed my expectations and have made an excellent recovery! A few more days, and they’ll be ready to go back into the DT! I’m waiting a little longer for some more growth down the skeleton, but I’m really glad they’re doing good!

Just thought I would update this old thread. It took a lot of patience and some more iodine dips and water changes, but I finally managed to recover all three frogspawns completely. Yesterday I finally transferred them onto the main rock structures, and they are thriving in the new tank!!

Great news! Was iodine the only medication/ treatment you used?

Yes.
I dipped early on but left them be since. Just took some trial and error to find where they were happy in the dt.
Recently one was looking off/like there was a bacterial infection, so I dipped it and it made a quick recovery.

Well, the same thing happened again to the frogspawns. I’m doing water changes to fix the problem, and I finally confirmed that the cause is the leather corals. I did a slight rescape today, which involved moving and ticking off the leathers. Every other coral closed up, and the frogspawns, once more, threw out their filaments.

That's unfortunate, but I'm glad you determined the cause.
Good luck :)
