bottom-probably runs 50-90 par

I have my mid level of my tank. My tank is a 40g tall and i run 2 current USA marine lights. Not very powerful lights, but ive always put my frogspawn mid level, as I find it grows well and the current from my wave makers is good at that level. But it also depends on your setup and it you have rock in your tank

Ive had mine on bottom, mid tank and even upper and while hammer is not picky as to its location, lower third seems best. Thet require moderate light and water flow and lower third offers that. When I plced a few at lower third, They took off:

i had a duncan about half way uo that seemed happier than where i have it on bottom
