Hello,

From June 12, the graphs for all P4 sensors were frozen on myGHL, still no any updates with charts.
I have latest firmware.

I get this error, but I never use myghl, so that could be something else? I will check connect app when I'm back home shortly.

Ok, so the original issue posted by @Nadia appears to have been fixed. Charts show up for today and the previous couple days.

This is using connect app for me. My problem with myghl isn't related to the OP I don't think.

Thanks Marco!

My charts are still frozen - have been for a while. June 14th is the last time i can see any data
Dev is still looking at this, however I now wonder if that is due to your unit having still been in transparent mode... can you power cycle your unit, and see if data starts back populating?

No the issue was from before the transparent mode issue. That issue was created when I updated my wifi firmware and is now no longer an issue. Can it be because the storage bar in my measurement data is showing 100% (all green bar)? Do I need to clear the data?

Hold on.
You certainly could clear the data; however oldest data normally ages out and makes room for new data.

How often is your data set to record?

Can you set to 1min interval and see if data starts to upload?
If after 5 or so it doesn’t, save/export your data and see if that kicks off an upload.
