So I have a yellow spotted scorpionfish (about 1”) and saw a fu Manchu lionfish (about 1.5”-2”?) for sale, I was wondering if they would be okay in the same tank at their sizes or should I place the lion in a separate tank.
My scorpionfish eats large Amphipods, but I also have saltwater grass feeder shrimp in his tank that I can scoop out to feed if I can’t place the lion with him.
I also have two clownfish about the same size as the scorpionfish but I can always move them out as well. I built the scape for my scorpionfish so it has lots of overhangs and caves to hide.
the other tank I have setup is just a basic holding tank for temporary purposes/frozen food training, but it’s about 30 gals as well. I dont have it decorated, it just has sand and some bio media I stacked like a hut lol.

They will be great tank mates. Just make sure the fu can't get the scorp in his mouth.
