COMMON NAME - Twinspot Lionfish (Ocellated Lionfish, Fu Manchu Lionfish)

MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE - 20 US Gal. ( 76 L)
FOODS AND FEEDING - Meaty foods, marine fish, crustacean flesh, live Grass shrimp, feeder fish, marine fare live and frozen for carnivores. Feed 3-4 times a week.
REEF COMPATIBILITY - Will eat shrimp and smaller fishes.
CAPTIVE CARE - This fish is venomous and care should be exercised in handling. This is a dwarf fish and may be the most difficult of the Lionfish to keep, some specimens will refuse to eat. Keep with less aggressive tank mates, overhangs, caves, crevices are a must for acclimation. Larger specimens are aggressive toward con specifics and cannibalism has been reported. Not a threat to more active fish species. Venomous spines beware.
