well 2 things

We just bought a house and there isn't really anywhere it will fit. We also just had a newborn as you can see from one of the photos. Time is something I dont have a luxury of. i would honestly say this is not easy wanting to part with it.

Im not desperate to sell it. I've had a couple of silly offers. worse case scenario is ill have to figure out a way to put it in the basement of the new house. which is sad since it just wont be looked at.
