Fusion wont let me program anything.

Anytime I go to program an outlet or anything from fusion it wont save.

The pic is what I get.

I have tried with my phone and laptop and get the same result.

Now I can use the controller and type the IP address in and change stuff with that but I really want to be able to do it with fusion.

Anyone have any idea?

ll tell you what though, ive been getting this same problem for the last year although i havnt updated the most recent patch yet. If i unplug my router and ethernet to the brain. Once it goes back on i can send codes to fusion.

Idk if that will work on my phone but ill try it.

Some times when I am connected to wifi it dose not like it. Try resetting router

Most times this has happened to me I checked the modules page and something needed a firmware update.
Then after updating the firmware Fusion function returned to normal.

Not sure if that is your problem, but it never hurts to check.

I just updated eberything a few weeks ago.
Ill check again and see if thats the issue. Thanks for the help

I get that occasionally but only when I have a poor cell phone or wifi signal.

My laptop is plugged right into the router along with my apex. I dont believe thats the problem.

Thanks for all the help everyone i finally figured it out.
I didint have my configureation to where i could controll my apex with fusion. It was onky controlled by the display.

If I understand correctly, you can control stuff from the classic dashboard if you log into the apex ip address web interface?

Yes i could controll it threw the IP address meaning i coupd type the IP address and configure my outlets and stuff to a certin point and i could do it from the display but i could not make my own code and stuff for my apex just use the set stuff they had and plug in numbers and stuff.
But i had a guy thats been helping me out with it gave me the answer.
