GAC question, what brand of GAC is most effective? Adsorption capacity

i like ROX carbon the best, there are different brands out there. You have to use way less than normal gac and it rinses way faster ime

I've used the Red Sea Reef Spec carbon when I could not get Rox at BRS.

Seems to work about the same, with the same amount of fines coming off both.
