Galaxy Ballast Issue

I have a sunlight supply dual 250w galaxy ballast and it ran fine for a year but now one of the bulbs is having issues starting each time. I rewired the fixture and made sure it wasnt a connection issue as well as recently replaced the bulbs. If I plug in the fixture or the timer kicks on one of the bulbs fires every time the other I can only get to start after I unplug the fixture and plug it back in, sometimes after several attempts. Has anyone had any similar happenings or insight as to how I may fix this problem? Thks

I haven't seen your problem but I have the same exact ballast than you and it stopped working 3 days ago.. Not a wire, bulb or timer issue either.. Both bulbs don't come on.. Because this is a used ballast and it dates back to 2009, they will not replace it.. I'm contemplating going with the lumatek since they don't make the duals anymore.. But I am not sold on them just yet..

So you contacted the manufacturer directly? I guess I can try that or contact the supplier that I ordered it through. I bought this one in Feb of last year.

Call the store you bought it through.. They have a 3 year warranty and they'll replace it for you.. My luck is its been 4 years..
