How long should I let my silicone cure before I add water and plumb into the existing system? Tube says 12 hours but I don't want to screw up anything in my existing system

GE 1 is the "Reef Safe" silicone of choice. I normally give it a week of cure time.

Ok cause I bought 15-20 pieces of sps out of wwc sale and wanted to get it up and running before the corals showed up
