Gen 4 xr15 led brightness question

I’m looking at selling my gen 4 xr15 but some of the led are dim think it’s the uv leds,they dont go as bright as blues are they suppose to be like that?
the second xr15 is the same,have tried resetting them but no diffrent,just don’t want to sell them and there damaged

our eye cant see toward UV end of the spectrum. It will look dimmer compare to other blue led.
