Getting back into it!

As the title says I am wanting to get back in to the hobby. I am thinking about getting a tank somewhere around 45g but I am unsure if I should piece one together or buy something like the Reefer Deluxe XL 200. Also if you have some suggestion on place to buy a tank I would greatly apricate it.
