I found my small little tail spot blenny in the overflow box today. I thought it died about two months ago! Its going to be kind of hard to get a net in there to catch him. Does anybody have any ideas on how to get a fish out of the oveflow box?

Thanks,
Alex

If its a built in overflow box just pull the drain pipe out from the top and let him go down the drain pipe then get him out of the sump

I bent my net into a triangle it really helped a lot. If you have the adjustable mega flow style drains you can shut your return off. Then the pipe will pull up and you can take the screen off. Once you have done that you can turn the drain right out of the way. I hope this makes enough sense.

I drain my overflow boxes all the way down slowly. once there is not enough water left for it to move, I will eithe rget it with my hands or the net. its best if you can actually remove the standpipe.
