Evening everyone!

Going to start the buying phase of my second build. I currently have a mixed reef waterbox 35.2 and its going great!
This next build is going to be a desktop build and the perfect tank that would fit is a ReefCasa Isla Peninsula 12!

Dimensions are awesome! 18X14X11! I love how wide and shallow it is! Anyways, I do have a couple questions for the next build

1 - I plan to run this tank without any powerheads. I will be getting a dual RFG for the output. It comes with a 158 Gph return pump. I want to replace it with the following if space permits: IM desktop 326 GPH or IM Mid 538. What happens if the pump is too strong?

2 - I bought extra biospheres and will put it in my 35.2. If it seeds for two weeks and put it in my tank, will that help speed up the cycle? What if I add live rock from my other tank as well as the biospheres?

3 - Will I have to add live bacteria like Dr tims or Fritz turbo start if I do the above?

4 - If anyone has a reef casa, what are the back compartment dimensions? I am getting an Isla 12.

Thanks in advance !

I have a dual RFG on my biocube 29 and am using an IM Mid 538 pump. The pump is also feeding an external refugium so not all of the flow goes to the RFGs. The optimum flow was 200 to 300 gallons. I don''t really see a lot of randomness myself but for your setup that may not be the case. :)

I have the same in my waterbox 35.2 with dual rfg’s. I think space permits

I just don’t know what happens if it pushes too much flow but atleast it’s adjustable
