Hello Reefer Family,

I am getting ready to upgrade from my 65 Red Sea 250 to a planet 120 aquarium. I have two because the 65 is to small for my fish and is is steadily breaking down ( the light sockets are worn and one pump is out). I have the following questions:
1. Kessil A360XE Tuna Blue Saltwater Aquarium LED Light Tank Full Color Spectrum for Superior Coral Reef - Are these wonderful lights? Should I go with this brand.
2. Transfer of corals and fish- The company states that they can take water, some of my sand and rocks from my 60 gallon Aquarium and transfer to my 10 and place the fish in the tank all in one day? Will this work. I have two bubble corals, anemones, a blue hippo, 2 clownfish, a brown tang, a peppermint hogfish, a damsel, two clown fish, two gobies a peppermint shrimp and a starfish.
3. They said I would get a wet and dry sump. I will ask what type when I go to the store.

Is there anything else that I need to be aware of? Thanks

1) Kessil makes great lights
2) That transfer should work. Be sure there is aeration in the 10. I would also give the 10 a day to settle in. Probably going to be a bit of dust and crud for the sand.

They are suggesting that I put in Caribsea Fijipink Live Sand. That sand is wonderful but dusty. Do I really need live sand for the transfer?

No
