Gfo reactor flow rate???

Hello, can someone please post a quick video of their gfo flow? I searched online and I've seen decent tumbe and I've seen what looks like little tumble. I just want to make sure I've got the right flow.

I talked to BRS after I bought their mini reactor. I asked how much and what flow rate . 8 tablespoons and a gentle flow rate. So I have mine at a gentle flow not all of it is moving around just the top third. It's moving enough that it isn't touching the top sponge but nicely tumbling

You want the flow to where it looks like the top of the media is boiling. Give it enough flow so the media doesn't clump up together.
