GHL app help

My phone took a puke. The app on my old phone was the white logo “GHL control”. It appears that app is obsolete now, but is what I’ve always adjusted my fluid levels with. I downloaded the black “GHL connect” app, yet this is what happens when I try to connect. Why? What do I do? See attachment:

Do you know what fw version the doser is on? I think that needs to be updated to use connect

I thought Version 1.27? But not 100% sure as I always update mine to the latest as a force of habit.

Sounds like it'll need a firmware update.

By the way, GHL has a dedicated section that we actively monitor. :)
