Ghl kh director issue.

Hi Guys!

need som assistance!

bought a second hand kh director, said it was in good condition.

new calibrated probe. Followed installation/programming.

all 4 doser are running in manual through gcc.

the problem is that it wont start a test. Doesent seem too respond too eiter, venting measurement cell, flush or start a measurement.
What am i missing?

Post some screenshots of the setup menu from the kh director page in app or GCC.

What happen when you start test?

Ps: you should also update firmware.

No error, no nothing..
only thing that i cant acces is the «Control and recording» menu in the doserpump setting. It is grayed out.

This because firmware is too old.

Last GCC is 1.1.3.9 and last firmware for doser SA is 1.43

Ok, the gcc is freshly downloaded from ghl page. But it says 1.1.3.7.
The doser says 1.35

there is no newer update available that i can see
