recieved my GHL like a week or 2 ago and finally got things calibrated. Only thing I am concerned with is my ORP is low. I tried to calibrate twice and the same values came back from my tank. If this is correct then do I have an issue with my levels? If so how do I fix it?

Flip side of the equation what's the chance the probe is bad? Any way to verify its working correctly with out buying another?

Is the tank new?
These redox probes do have a "break-in period" and can take a few days to stabilize and show more reasonable values.

You can test the probe by dipping it in the 220mV fluid for a few minutes and seeing what result you get. If it's within +/- 10mV, the probe is OK. If not, calibrate it following these steps.

If you need further assistance, feel free to open up a support ticket for 1-on-1 help. Link is in my signature.

@Vinny@GHLUSA so I took the probe out rinsed it with rodi then put it in the calibration fluid. Numbers came back like 210mv. So it's close enough. I will give it a few days to settle in thanks again
