GHL Settings for Nanostream 6095

I purchased a couple Nanostream 6095s earlier this year when setting them up in GHL what do your recommend the min max voltages and the min run %?

This question would be best directed to Vinnie at GHL for specifics on set up. The 6095's can run as low as 20%. The voltage range is 0-6.5V for control, but 6.5% is 100% and while it is best to go much beyond that 10V is still 100%.

@Vinny@GHLUSA Can you help with this?

When I set the voltages to 0volt min and 6.5volt max I have to set the min % to 55 for the left pump and 30% for the right pump any lower and they will shut off.

I don't agree. Mine has to be at 35%. 30 actually I think works. But anything below 30 pumps won't bother even turning. Just saying and I have it set to 0v to 6.5v max.

Also have 4 6095s. Pumps won't budge under 30%.

30% worked for one of my pumps but the other one I had to increase it to 55%

Likely this is a calibration issue, our older pumps were 0-8V and most controllers were built around this, in 2015 when we added the controller the chipset changed and they are now 0-6.5V. I am not sure on 3rd party controllers, but for our older controllers, this is how to solve this problem.
