Just received my new GHL vortech controller to link my mp10's to the Profilux 4. Anyone else have one of these and experience any issues with connectivity? I've done the process like 20 times with no success. If anyone has any tips or tricks that would be greatly appreciated.

If you're in the myghl.com screen or the ghl connect app there is a drop down tab top left. There should be a tab that says system. Then once in that tab there is a section that says add pab device.

Ok... you need to open your wifi icon on your phone and connect directly to it through the ghl connect app. Then it will give you the instructions to bring it online. You are trying to do it from a pc and unless you have a usb cable plugged in its not gonna work.

Once your connected to the doser open the ghl connect app on your phone. It should bring you right into it and start with the setup.

What version firmware are your vortechs using? Firmware newer than ~June 2020 will not work outside of their Mobius app; GHL and Neptune modules are both affected by this.

If it’s a new mp10 mobius ready, you need to use the Mobius app. And downgrade the mp10’s software. Then you will be able to connect the mp10. It does work well. Good luck
