Giant squamosa show piece - pickup only

Got a giant squamosa.. prob 13-14" truly a center piece... out of nowhere the gem tang started to pick on it... can't get the gem tang out so we are trying to get the clam out.
Clam is super healthy been in captivity for over 10 years.

Asking $1200

Pickuo only in so cali, hacienda heights

That’s a beaut! After 10 years in the same tank just sitting there staring up at that lights he’s probably bored. Good time for a change of scenery. :) GL!

hahaha didn't even think of it that way... but you are right....

Just a suggestion...I had the same problem with a Sailfin Tang...if you have access to Saltwater...drain the tank enough to remove the Gem Tang, then replace the saltwater. It worked for me

beautiful clam! ... and i’m right next door in whittier, but no space for a beaut that big.

fish trap is the sole source of food?

... hmmm, what’s candy to a gem tang?? ;Drool
