Giesemann Bulbs.

Yes my tank is lite-up by Giesemann bulbs.
About 9 months ago I talked to @Chris@CoralVue about the new Giesemann bulbs and we went over the color graphics for a bit, after 20 min I was convinced so Chris did send me all colors available for my 8 bulb unit.
Since two weeks I've changed the 4 bulbs I run the longest even my par was still good.
I must say I'm more than a happy camper with these bulbs.

Yea they sent me some bulbs back then too try out and I am now switching all my t-5 fixtures over to their lamps, I have been more than happy. Reminded me now I need to order them.
Coralvue was talking of coming over to film my tank but I just ripped the tank down and transferred it to a new tank. I ended up breaking down allot of my corals. The purple bulb really brings out the reds in my corals, I didn't care for it at first though.. It also make my anthias glow red, it is awsum. What combo are you running now?

Between the gyre, the new lamps and the Matrixx II fixture growth absolutely exploded.

Center exist of 4x175 leds and I use all blue at 100%, Warm white at 35% Red is turned off.

It's all about what corals like for their choice of light.
during the time I'll be home and enjoying the tank my four inside bulbs and the blue leds are on, it's just amazes me.
Since I use the Tropic I got a lot of better and compacter growth.

That's a nice size, not to big and not to small.
In the future you might look for a upgrade to a 6 bulb fixture, your corals will love the extra par and a wider color combo too.
