Yeah, it's not going to bother anything. There doesn't seem to be any research on this specific species' diet, but a closely related species P. argo is known to eat 16 different species of demosponges - I expect P. angustipes would have a similar diet.Is he safe to put back in the sump? Can't find much information other than they are known to feed on sponges.. @ISpeakForTheSeas

Edit: To add - unless you have a sizeable sponge population/cryptic refugium, I'd expect it to starve, unfortunately.
