Glass Chip

Hi folks,

Found this chip while doing a leak test on an old 33 long I picked up on marketplace for dirt cheap. I’m going to assume this is not safe to use? I pulled out the chip and it was to the silicone, about half the width of the side panel which is about 3/8 glass

Wondering if I took the tank apart to reseal if I could simply silicone the chipped glass back in

I couldn’t just fill the hole left by the chip piece with more silicone?
