So yesterday sucked. I woke up to all of my fish dead. Still not sure what exactly happened, leading idea is there was not enough oxygen as I was dosing bacteria while skimmer was overflowing due to coral epoxy. It is what it is. I’m trying to make the best of the situation and go fallow for at least 72 days. I can also finally get berghia nudibranch to deal with my Aiptasia infestation now that there are no wrasses munching on them.

I’ve done two large water changes and replaced my carbon, corals and inverts seem to be doing ok.

What reef chemistry issues do I need to look out for while fallow. I know I will need to make sure nitrate and phosphate don’t bottom out, but are there any other issues I should stay on top of?

I think you're thinking correctly with keeping the nutrients present while going fallow, make sure do a couple phantom feedings to keep the bacterial colony thriving while you're going through this fallow time period.
