Going to dabble in the "sphere" zoas. Have questions!

I'm thinking about dabbling in the "Sphere" zoas. Some, like Exosphere and Stratosphere are pretty consistent and self-explanatory, but I'm seeing some conflicting info regarding a few of the others.

Mesosphere, Thermosphere and especially Atmosphere seem to have a few different varieties. Which are the "originals"? Any others I'm missing?
