Goni and paly's stretching

So I bought a new LED 2 bw, 2 cw, 1 blue =15watts
I was told it was much better than the stock LED that came with the Evolve 8.
I assumed this would be enough since the actual space in the front of the tank is only about 6 ga.
Question is I have since moved my polyps to the top as well as the Goni. The Polyps were on the sand bed and the Goni was mid level. The first week they were both semi closed so I moved them up now they moth seem the be reaching WAY up. Is it the light?

Often it is the lighting, but sometimes it just needs time to adjust to the new lights. I had some palys stretching after I placed them low in my tank, but a few weeks later they are normal again. Give it some time and see what happens.

No problem. Flow also effects zoas as well, whether they stretch or not.
