Last night I noticed one my goniopora was swollen at the base of the tissue (like someone put half a golf ball under the green flesh). A quick late-night google pointed to it possibly being ready to split but I'm not so sure about that. Today the same goniopora didn't open.
I started dosing A and K trace elements 3 weeks ago but I've made no other major changes to the tank or feeding. I started with the recommended 1/4 dose and now I'm up to a 1/2 dose of each daily. I got a new bottle of OceanMagik live phyto that I used for the first time yesterday. I also added galaxy copepod mix after lights out on Wednesday.
Nitrates at 12, Phosphates at .11 (no major swings in either). I haven't tested any other parameters this week but I have checkers if anyone thinks I should test.
Any thoughts on what may be going on?
