Goniopora not extending

I recently did a tank reset back in January. My parameters have stabilized at
alk: 8.1
Ca 440
Mg 1350
Nitrates 15-25
Phosphate 0.06 ppm

But it looks like the gonis aren’t happy. They are under about 100 par. Any tips?
 
They are not completely receded so thats good, they are out a bit at least. I would ensure its in a spot of higher flow, they do like flow. But otherwise I would just give them more time.
