I feel like Im guilty of being quick to complain when companies do their job poorly, but sometimes slow to praise when they do a great job. As such, Id like to give @AlgaeBarn credit where its due.

About a month ago I placed an order for ogo gracilaria, among other things. Living in Florida can be tricky when it comes to ordering live organisms, and so when an unexpected but seemingly perpetual heat-wave hit, my order was subjected to 95 degree heat. The coraline algae and copepods made it, the ogo did not. I contacted Cameron @AlgaeBarn immediately, provided pics, and was told all would be rectified.

I just received an email promising my replacement algae has been shipped. Now that the weather is more bearable Ive no doubt I'll have no issues going forward. Its nice to see a company stand behind their product, even when events beyond their control take place. Well done!
