Chewy.com has a buy two get one free deal on Instant Ocean salt. I just bought 2 200 gallon boxes and got the third at no charge. Something like $125 to my door for 600 gallons of salt!

looks like this is still going on. I messed the BF/CM sales so most of you are probably stocked up on salt but if you missed it, then this is a good option.

it was $69 per 200 gallon box so $147 with tax. sure beats the $225 just for shipping 2 boxes from saly critters.

hopefully the UPS driver does not hate me...

I just got 3-160g buckets for $123. I tend to get a better shelf life in the buckets vs. boxes considering I store them in the garage and I don’t go through it as fast as some of the folks with the large tanks do. Still great deal though, same 160g buckets are going for $98/ea. at the local petco these days. Thanks for the heads up!

to be clear that was for 3 boxes.

I like the buckets more too, there quite useful in this hobby. i'll use about 1.5 boxs just setting up the tank so i'll go through them.

I love living near the chewy distribution hub. I ordered last night and I already have it stacked in the garage
