Good Hammer Flow?

Is this too much flow for my Hammer? First time keeping these corals, popped right out when I it there in my tank. Worried it's too much and might damage its tentacles.

Thoughts?



Sorry the quality is so bad. Looks fine on my phone, but uploaded like garbage.

Looks okay to me and better assessment possible when polyps fully extend.

I think it may be a bit too much when those polyps extend fully. But I agree reassess then, or if they don't extend, lower the flow.

Hmmm that's the most it has extended since I got it. Granted it's only been 24 hours.

Still will probably move it to a lower flow spot and see what happens.
