Good morning, So who stopped shaving? I figure we will get out of this by Christmas and I will be ready for the grandkids.

I shaved my goatee and I am already growing it back, LOL! Luckily my mask covers it.

Interesting day for me yesterday. Lost power around noon, and just got it back this morning about a half hour ago.

Not much to do with the power out, so we have always wanted to watch that show Manifest. Well with nothing to do, we binge watched the entire first season. Pretty decent show.

Many things on the ToDo list today. Priority goes to plumbing a UV to my display today. That tank hasn't seen a dino in any of it's six years. Until now. Half way through a re-aquascaping project and obviously exported too much PO4 storage. Wife is not gonna like the look of the bazooka hanging on the side. Tank is already ugly enough right now. Just have to remind myself that it will again look like this in 18 months.

As to shaving, well intermittent. Bought a nice electric razor so I can be lazy about it.

so i read that
the Spanish flu started everyone shaving because it was thought facial hair harbored the germs.
There has not been a US president since Taft, who left office before that, to have a mustache or beard. I refuse to bow before fearmongering lol

I worked 16 years in a plating plant. I was working with chemicals that required a respirator and was a Haz-mat responder using SCBA so needed to have a clean shave every day to provide a good seal. After 2007 I worked as an onsite rep that needed to conform to standards that allowed some hair, but -frowns-, so not so much. Now I experiment. I still don't know what I want to look like when I grow up. maybe a beard thread?

I've been drinking DW for years, whole bean at home and k-cups at the office. Best coffee around.

On a side note, I still have to go to work every day. I guess it's a double-edged sword.

Great time for a vacation! We missed the travel bans by about 2 weeks when we went to Cabo for my stepdaughter's wedding. If the planning had been off by just a bit it woulda been a CF of epic proportions lol

We came more on business than vacation especially with most everything closed, diminishes vacation. We had loose ends with our home here, banking and others to catch up with and having 2 weeks off work and Super low air fares opened up opportunity to get this done. Didn't realize weather would be so nice here this early.
Cant believe how cold in Wi !!!
