Didn't seem to have any hard shell at all. Looked like a snail that had fallen out....
It has a shell, just not what you are use to. More like a helmet. Good cleanup crew

Looks kinda long for a stomatella.
Stomatella snails are capable of greatly elongating their bodies when travelling about.
Didn't seem to have any hard shell at all. Looked like a snail that had fallen out....
As mentioned by @Cichlid Dad Stomatella snails have incredibly reduced shells that are difficult to make out from the rest of the snail. It's like a very small abalone shell.

Already working out Google to learn more but main concern was good vs bad so that's all good now. Last tank was 15 years ago so some things came back instantly, some things had changed and some things I feel I should recall but oh well... lol
