Hello, I am having harder times finding good corals locally that are not overpriced. The LFSs are also plagued with the browns. Everything is the color of waving hands and is gross.
I found a couple online places I may buy from, but I would like to know what sites you guys are using.
I prefer buying frags that are smaller than whole corals. They seem to do better. Im really looking for something inexpensive (yeah right) and that is quick growing and cool to look at, not cheap, just priced fair. My goal is to spend enough for free shipping, so that I beat LFS prices, at least by the gas it takes to drive an hour to get there.

Any suggestions would rock, thanks

Like someone else said, I would check out the vendors on the forum. I have ordered from Joe Knows Reefs and my order was FANTASTIC. I would order again.

AAwesome! Thanks guys. I have no clue what i want now, too many choices! Doing some math then will most likely amke a hefty order. I went to a good lfs today and bought a purple gorg, encrusting gorg, green acro, some zoas, and a caulastrea all fraggable sizes.

I have been paying my bills with my fishtank fairly successfully, so maybe if it keeps up i will be asking (in secrecy) good wholesalers in the future if i decide its worth opening a shop. Id be the only one in a 150tank mile radius who wont sell you a coral without a water test haha. Ppl have 100%the success rate with my stuff this way, so i never get complaints, plus they get a free water test. Haha. Little perks like that make good business for all you lfs owners out there.

Found a place (limit of 2) thats doing penny frags for labor day, just google labor day frag sales. Should be the top, however i wasnt impressed enough to build up free shipping.

Moved to a more appropriate forum. As with others, I'd recommend any of R2R's fantastic sponsors!

You guys helped me tOO much! haha. Just kidding, but I am now like a kid in a candy shop. I am about to drop half a stack on frags between the sites and what I was pm'd. I tell ya, corals round these parts are sooo lame.
