What’s happening to my gorgonian ?

Mine has looked like this a few times and bounced back. Try blowing it off, may need higher flow.

Looks like some dinos to me, i can't tell from the pic if the strings are going to a thin core skeleton portion or if it's just between normal flesh, but if a gorgonian is dying, it will fall away from its normal thickness down to the gorgonin core which looks like it's literal skeleton, just a thin, spindly version of the coral that feels harder and never extends polyps.

Sometimes they won't have their polyps extended, and this can even be from being bumped into in the tank, but prop it up, make sure there is decent flow, and it should be fine - it takes quite a bit of dinos/cyano to prevent the polyps from opening.
