Just wondering. Placed order on the 18th of April. 10 days later no returned contact, no shipping date, no response, no package. Money is gone from my account now.

I see I’m not the first to have this issue.

Calling for this vendor to be banned from R2R.

Post up if you have had issues also.

We posted a notice on the website that we were delaying shipping until May 6th. Have you tried to reach out to us? We may be able to get your order out earlier depending on the contents.

Hi,

The notice was placed on April 15th. We did have a customer service backlog (due to an issue with a can o cyclops being backordered) and we are not proud when it takes longer than 24 hours to get back to a customer, so we are working on streamlining the claims process and we have hired another customer service agent.

We didn't move, we are upgrading our capacity and capabilities. We offered customers a 20% discount (which MANY people claimed) for orders placed during this period due to the delay in shipping date. We have had several people redeem the coupon, then complain about the delay in shipping ;Dead. Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to "take an order, but not charge at the time".
