Wonder why it is not growing in San Antonio

Yeah, I've had a hard time getting it to grow in the Northwest, too. It's taken a year for it to double in size. Maybe it prefers halides. At the same time I bought my frag, I got a smaller frag of pearlberry and it has grown into a colony.

I have in under ATI T5... everything else grows good.... but this one..... maybe few mm a year

Not mine, its growing at an alarming rate. Keep in mind that all tanks are different and one coral that may do well for others may not do well for you. My Cali Tort and Yellow Tort are doing amazing. So much so that I can d bi-weekly progression shots and see the difference.

Im dealing with the over growing corals now lol Loving it. My 220 just hit a year but looks like its been up for 3 years. Ever since I got my nitrates and phosphates in check things have exploded. Growth and color has been amazing. I have yet to go do a water change in 5.5 months. Dosing KZ Coral System once a week adding 30ml of each 4 parts.

Was going to go full Zeo but could not fit the reactor in the sump as its elevated so I didn't have the height. Sump is 80x12x12 on the 220.

7-8 months on this guy. Will dig through some other photos this weekend and show some progression shots. Some growing fast than others. A few are just none stop with exploding growth. Even now this piece isn't the most current photo. So I'll likely redo this pic post as well.
