This was my first venture into buying anything alive online. Also, still very new to the salt water hobby.
POTO communication, assistance, and product have all been amazing. They gave great advice about using a FedEx shipping center and helped me change my shipping address. I got lots of updates on where the package was and when it would arrive. What I received was perfect: thoughtfully and well packed and in great condition.
Definitely will bid and purchase from POTO again.
