All of my sps are thriving and i have had a boom of growth lately.
yesterday i plumbed in my frag tank using nsw that added 20g- so i guess it was kinda like a water change.

calc: 440
dkh: 11
mag: 1250
Nitrate: 0
po4: 0.25 (usually at zero but i just made the switch from gfo to vodka so it takes some time to go down to zero)

Salinity: 1.026

All of my corals are doing great and tonight i notice my ora birdsnest bleaching all over. i cannot understand why!

the flow in the tank is an mp40 and mp20 (75g dt) it is on the first rock near the 40 but toward the bottom so it doesnt get too much flow- but still alot. its under t5s and ive had it for 3 weeks no problems

Keep an eye on that mag with some of the sweet lps you have Elan. I would keep it higher.
