it looks like the tentacles are disappearing due to starvation of zooxanthellae, not so much bacteria infection. if it’s infected and dying, little pieces will start coming off.
do not move it and absolutely do not treat with cipro. if you’re very very careful you can try to feed it tiny pieces of krill.
