Okay, I have seen various photos of the green mandarin (aka green psychadelic mandarin) and the red mandarin (aka red psychadelic mandarin) and... I cannot see a difference at all between these fish. Can anybody post some side-by-side photos or point out the differences? Thank you!

i thought i was going to see a fight!

it's my understanding that they're the same thing -one just has more of one color than the other- but i could be wrong.

From what I know and seen, the green has more green and the red as more red lol..... Thats all really... In my opinion the red is a little nicer...

The green mandarins have more green and the red mandarins have more red...that's all there is to it. They're the exact same species, just slightly different colors, similar to true perculas and onyx percs.

That's my understanding, too. But I can't see any color difference at all.

That pic is just awesome... How long did that take? Just cool

Well done

Thank you! I took me about an hour to find the components, cut them out and slap them together in photoshop. Definitely a slap dash job, but I got the image in my head from reefdan's comment. I'm glad other folks thought it was funny, too!
