Do you know the par level of where the monti is sitting? It likes higher light and higher flow, I'm thinking maybe its a light and flow issue.

Hi

I have no means of measuring PAR up until last week he was 3/4 way up the tank. i am running a 40W return pump , 2 x flow pumps that came with the tank and 2 x Red Sea reefwave 25 running on pulse at 70% and 80%

Temp, good
Salanity, okay, don't go any lower. I like 1.025/1.026... I have had somethings brown out at 1.023, just keep that in mind.
PH, ammonia, nitrates, all good.
PO4, typo? 0.7-0.2 high, I assume you mean 0.07?? 0.07 is a sweet spot.
Calcium, good
Mag, low, just bump that up to 1300 today, 1350 minimum tomorrow.

Would be nice to know par but I'm leaning that may not be a problem unless it's under 150 par.

Flow, sps love flow but I need to see about those pumps and how much they put out. It sounds like you're close to their top end.

EDIT:
Max 260 is about 69 gallons? So those 2 pumps should be ~1700/1800ish gph? That should be plenty of flow, are they on random?

Thanks for this info, much apreciated.
Wave 1 is on Random at 80% attached to LHS of tank and Wave 2 is on Stepped at 70% on RHS glass of tank .
