What's the correct name Green Slimmer or Green Slimer? I see different people and vendors calling it both so which one is it?

I call/type it slimer because if you use a second m it makes turns the word to (slim- er) instead of (slime- er)

Correct the extra m changes the pronunciation and meaning which is why I started this thread.

Since the common name refers to the corals overly active slime, I would go with the latter.

My iPhone changes slimer to slimmer. Maybe why it's posted that way a lot.

Lol it wants to change slimmer to skimmer now.

Ahh this makes the most sense. I thought it was Slimer because of the color but saw it everywhere posted as slimmer and thought "why tf would it be slimmer and not slimer?" Thanks for clearing the confusion

Slimer for sure. I've seen it posted as "slimmer", but never heard it pronounced that way.
